- • $15 Non-Refundable Deposit required at booking. No deposit = no appointment.

Timing & Late Fees
- • Every 5 minutes after your booked appointment time will incur an additional late fee.
- • After 15 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled unless communicated and approved in advance.
- • Services take 2–4 hours, please plan accordingly. I do not want to be rushed!
- • No shows = Banned from future bookings.

Nail Care & Guests
- • Must come with bare, healthy nails. I will not work on cuts or damaged nails!
- • I do not work over other techs' work (soak offs available).
- • Clients are allowed up to 2 fill-ins max.
- • Please do not bring extra guests without discussing in advance.
- • Located in Lakeland (Home-based, please be respectful of me and my home).

Designs & Refund Policy
- • Design Changes: Send any design changes before the appointment. Once the appointment starts, no design changes will be made. Last-minute changes may result in additional fees.
- • Non-Refundable Services: Refunds are not available after service completion. Services paid in advance are non-refundable.
- • Satisfaction Guarantee: If not satisfied, you must notify within 24 hours to discuss potential adjustments.
